GLULAM – Structural wood is technically dried natural wood with a moisture content of up to 15/ +/- 3/%. The product is made by longitudinal extension of details in order to obtain structural elements longer than ordinary wood. The structural wood is glued together in layers according to the height desired by the customer, which results in glulam with a higher load-bearing capacity. Polyurethane glue is used for gluing, which leaves a light glue connection. Structural wood must be protected from the weather outside by impregnation, deep impregnation or varnishing, depending on the application.
We make glulam from high-quality spruce wood. The production of glulam complies to the requirements of EN 14080: 2013 / DIN 1052,
